Leadership

Called to the ministry in 1990, Pastor Tootle was determined to be well equipped to fulfill God's call to preach the Gospel. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in church ministry from Bethany Bible College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Pastor Tootle went on to earn a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and a Masters of Divinity in Theological Studies from Liberty University as well. He also earned a Doctorate of Ministry from Luther Rice College and Seminary. In addition to pastoring Impact Ministries and mentoring emerging ministers in the faith, Pastor Tootle is among the doctoral faculty of West Coast Bible College, equipping the next generation of church leaders in discipleship fundamentals and strategies. With more than 3 decades of practical experience, an extensive educational foundation, and a passion for preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, Pastor Tootle is qualified to help pastors and church leaders fulfill God’s call on their lives to win the lost. 

From an early age, Minister Tootle has been actively engaged in the ministry, specifically Impact Ministries. Under his father’s tutelage, he has learned firsthand the importance of placing Christ first in every aspect of life. His career has focused on strengthening the resolve and opportunities for students and student athletes in economically challenged schools and communities. For more than a decade, the young minister has led outreach events for homeless teens throughout Las Vegas. He answered the call to preach in 2016 and Minister Tootle was ordained in 2018.
