Why Have You Forsaken Me?

Today we explore the raw cry of Jesus from the cross and the deep human experience of feeling abandoned by God. Drawing from Mark 15:34 and the laments of Scripture, this study affirms that anguish and honest questions are not signs of weak faith. Jesus entered fully into our suffering, bearing separation so that we might be reconciled to the Father. In His cry, believers find both validation for their pain and hope in God’s redeeming presence.
