A Legacy of Courage!

Fear has marked much of Israel’s story and, if we are honest, much of ours. Jesus came to break that legacy and leave His people a legacy of courage. On the eve of the cross, He promised His disciples direct access to the Father in His name, a joy that would be made full, and a peace that would hold them in the middle of tribulation. He did not deny that the world would bring pressure, pain, and opposition, but He anchored them in this truth, “In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” This study calls us to reject the fear of man, lean on Christ’s victory, and walk in the power, love, and discipline God has already given us.
